- A Fixed Price – We guarantee that you will not be surprised by an invoice. Unless you request an hourly-rate project, all work is priced in advance. You will be able to budget your professional spend with certainty.
- Service Guarantee - We guarantee that each project will create value at least 3X greater than the price, in your estimation, or you pay nothing above out-of-pocket expenses.
- Change Orders - This ensures that no work outside the original scope of the project will be done without your authorization on price, terms and scope. You will always be given a choice on how to proceed.
- Price Guarantee - You may ignore any invoice for work where you did not authorize price, payment terms and scope. You will never be surprised by an invoice because work is priced in advance.
- Anonymity – We never reveal the name of the firm sponsoring a project.
- Unlimited Access - You and your firm are granted unlimited phone calls and/or online meetings to discuss whatever you want. Unless you have required an hourly project, the meter is never running.
How we Make It Happen:

- Undertake exclusive research - we are experts in obtaining information no one else has.
- Implement custom methodologies – Internet based surveys, telephone and in-person interviews, trade show research, etc. guided by your objectives.
- Get top-to-bottom scans – from the C-suite to the the street; from customers to competitors.
- Independence - we never accept work where there is a conflict of interest to impair results or recommendations.
- Communicate on an on-going basis – you get regular reports via telephone or email as research progresses.
